Starten Sie den Tag mit einem guten Frühstück an unserem Buffet. Montag – Freitag von 7 – 10 Uhr, Wochenende und Feiertage von 8 – 10 Uhr. Wünschen Sie außerhalb dieser Zeiten ein Frühstück, dann geben Sie an der Rezeption Bescheid. Sollten Sie kein Frühstück wollen, können Sie das bei der Buchung angeben. Eine zusätzliche Buchung ist möglich. Wir bitten dann um eine Rückmeldung am Abend davor.
In den insgesamt 20 Zimmern erwartet Sie ein moderner, individueller Stil mit hohem Wohlfühlcharakter. Ausgesuchte Materialien, klare Formen und eine individuelle Bebilderung mit Bezug zu Ellwangen prägen die Einrichtung. Natürliches Licht, optimale Raumtemperaturen und immer frische Luft sorgen für angenehmen Schlaf, Ruhe und Entspannung. Mittels einer Klimadecke (keine Klimaanlage) kann jedes Zimmer individuell im Sommer gekühlt und im Winter beheizt werden.
Ungewöhnlich mag der Name auf den ersten Blick erscheinen. Dabei bezieht er sich auf den Sebastiansgraben, der direkt an der teilweise heute noch sichtbaren, historischen Stadtmauer verläuft. Deshalb haben wir uns für eine Wortkombination entschieden: Seb (Abkürzung Sebastian) city (Stadt, mittendrin, Zentrum). Sebcity Hotel– eine Verbindung aus Historie und Zeitgeist.

Start the day with a delicious breakfast from our buffet. Monday to Friday between 7 an 10 AM; on weekends and holidays between 8 and 10 AM. You would like to have breakfast earlier or later? Please don’t hesitate to ask our friendly staff at the reception. In case you don’t wish to have breakfast at all, you can indicate this with your booking. Booking breakfast for an individual morning is possible. In this case, please let us know the night before.
Our 20 rooms await you with modern, individual style and a well-good atmosphere. Carefully selected materials, clear shapes and individual decoration with local character are what makes our rooms special. Natural lighting, ideal room temperature and fresh air at all times provide pleasant sleep and a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Due to our air-conditional ceiling (not a conventional air conditioning system), all rooms can be individually cooled down in summer and heated in winter.
Our hotel’s name may seem a bit unusual at first. We did give it a lot of thought and named our hotel after the “Sebastiansgraben” (the town moat) which leads along the historic city walls that are still partly visible today. This is why we decided on combining two words: Seb (short for Sebastian) and city (since our hotel is located in the center). Sebcity Hotel – where history and today meet.
