Jedes Zimmer wird fortwährend durch eine Be- und Entlüftungsanlage mit frischer Luft versorgt, das Fenster kann geschlossen bleiben. Mittels einer Klimadecke (keine Klimaanlage) kann jedes Zimmer individuell im Sommer gekühlt und im Winter beheizt werden.

Mehrere öffentliche Parkplätze rund um das Sebcity Hotel stehen zur Verfügung. Von 18 – 9 Uhr sowie am Wochenende sind diese kostenfrei. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Parkbucht zur kurzzeitigen Be- und Entladung des Fahrzeuges. Fahrräder können sicher untergestellt werden

The small but sophisticated 3-star hotel is centrally located in the heart of Ellwangen. The Sebastiansgraben is right next to the historic town center and runs along the historic city walls, which are still visible in some places. There are numerous historic buildings, sights and idyllic places in the area. Each of the Sebcity’s 20 rooms offers a special view. Why not take a walk around the illuminated historic town center in the evening or visit the “Schloßberg” (the castle hill) to enjoy the wonderful view of the beautiful town.

There are several public parking opportunities around the Sebcity Hotel. These are free of charge between 6 PM and 9 AM and on weekends. There is a parking bay right at the hotel for you to bring or pick up your luggage. You can safely store your bikes.
